Key responsibilities

Conceptualize and design: Develop 3D models, renders, and animations for event elements such as stages, booths, and venue layouts, translating client briefs into visual concepts.

Collaborate with teams: Work closely with event planners, production teams, and clients to align creative visions and ensure design feasibility within project constraints.

Create 2D assets: Develop supporting 2D materials like mood boards, signage, and other visuals to support branding and presentation.

Manage projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, and revise designs based on feedback.

Ensure technical feasibility: Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are practical for execution, considering factors like modular systems, lighting, and budget.

Required skills and qualifications

Software proficiency: Expertise in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or similar CAD programs is essential. Proficiency in 2D software like Photoshop is also often required.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, rendering, and event-related designs is crucial.

Technical knowledge: Understanding of modular systems (like frame and fabric) and technical aspects related to event setup is a plus.

Creative and technical skills: The ability to conceptualize and compose realistic environments with attention to texture, lighting, and color is important.

Soft skills: Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are necessary.

Experience: Previous experience in event design, exhibitions, or stage production is often required.
