What you’ll be doing:

• Design graphics and visual content for social media, emails, ads, website, and other digital platforms 
• Create and edit engaging videos for Instagram, web, and marketing campaigns 
• Translate briefs into compelling visual stories that align with our brand tone 
• Work closely with the marketing team to shape and deliver campaign creatives and brand communication 
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Managers to craft thoughtful, personalised design pieces for patrons — from event invites to gifting notes and everything in between 
• Coordinate with writers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative projects to life seamlessly 
• Own multiple projects at a time — and deliver with quality and speed 
• Stay sharp on design and social trends to keep our content fresh, relatable, and on-brand 

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience) 
• Prior experience in design, video editing, and digital content creation 
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Notion, Canva 
• A strong eye for detail, great taste, and clean execution 
• Ability to manage timelines, work independently, and juggle multiple deadlines 
• Great communication skills — we value clarity, curiosity, and collaboration

Nice-to-have (but not mandatory):

• 

  Experience working in consumer, lifestyle, or service brands 
• Motion graphics or animation skills 
• Familiarity with basic brand strategy and marketing concepts
