Job Title :Graphic Designer

Job Location -Bangalore

Skills and Experience:

Having good knowledge and experience in developing web-based training (WBT) modules in a rapid authoring environmentUnderstanding complex content and visualization requirement and create themWorking with the Instructional Design team to identify the requirements for training developmentCreating new eLearning templates to provide custom user interfacesDeveloping assessments as a part of learning activitiesProficient exposure in creating additional media to support learning (e.g., Video, audio, edited photos, characters in various multimedia formats)Utilizing best practices in a rapid authoring environment to create visually rich and appropriate eLearning interventionsCompleting tasks and transactions within agreed KPIsActively participating in team initiatives and projectsCooperating and effectively communicating with the team members to achieve team goals and objectivesWorking collaboratively with SMEs if required3- 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designers and in the e-learning industryExperience in development for WBT and Blended learning.Excellent knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.Exposure to current design and development trends.Complete Knowledge of SCORM publishing compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Understanding of color and design concepts.
