Job Description

About Us: We are a dynamic advertising company delivering creative branding, printing, and installation solutions to our clients. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and polite Graphic Designer who can not only create high-quality designs but also manage day-to-day job assignments. Key Responsibilities: Create innovative and visually appealing graphic designs for advertising, branding, and marketing projects. Maintain daily Excel records of jobs completed and in progress. Assign tasks such as printing, fabrication, or installation to team members as required. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and installers to ensure timely delivery. Ensure accuracy and quality standards for all deliverables. (Optional) Use basic Tally knowledge for recording simple job or billing entries. Communicate politely and professionally with clients, colleagues, and vendors. Requirements: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator). Ability to maintain simple Excel sheets for daily reporting. Basic English communication skills – verbal and written. Polite, responsible, and team-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of Tally is a plus but not mandatory. Prior experience in an advertising agency or print production is preferred but not required.
