Ocelots Startup Ecosystem Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic digital marketing agency that thrives on creativity and innovation. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to lead design projects and deliver impactful visuals across digital, web, and branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality social media creatives, ad banners, stories, and reel thumbnails.
• Develop branding materials including logos, brochures, flyers, packaging, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all client deliverables.
• Mentor junior designers and guide them in meeting creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects with a strong focus on creativity, detail, and timely delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Proven experience designing for social media, branding, and marketing assets.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows for image generation, enhancement, or ideation.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for web/UI design.
• Awareness of digital and social media trends.
• Ability to conceptualize complete visual campaigns independently.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing agency or creative studio.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end design projects, from concept to execution.
• Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
