Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital formats, social media creatives, brand assets, and short-form videos, while continuously exploring new tools, including AI-powered design workflows.

What You’ll Do

Design & Visual Storytelling

● Create high-quality creatives for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and branding assets

● Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand tone and campaign goals

Video & Motion (Plus Skill)

● Edit short-form videos and reels using Premiere Pro

● Create basic motion graphics or animations (After Effects knowledge is a plus)

Collaboration & Execution

● Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver projects on time

● Understand requirements clearly and provide creative inputs when needed

Explore New Tools

● Experiment with AI image generation and AI video tools to enhance creative output

● Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

● Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design

● Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Solid understanding of layouts, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus Not a Must)

● Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects

● Experience or curiosity around AI image and video generation tools

● Good communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions

Work Schedule

● Office timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

● Working days: Monday to Saturday

● Saturday work mode: Work from Home or Work from Office, based on project requirements
