The Role:

We are looking for a multi-talented Visual Content Creator to own the entire lifecycle of our social media content. This is a hands-on role for a creative who is passionate about storytelling through video and design. You will be responsible for bringing the Nestable brand to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube from conceptualizing and shooting content to editing, posting, and managing our online community.

You will work in close collaboration with our team and receive direct guidance from the Brand Head to shape and execute our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Social Media Content Creation (70% Focus):

• Shoot & Edit: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content (Reels, Shorts, founder videos, project showcases, interviews) tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Design: Create high-quality static graphics, carousel posts, stories, and other visual assets that are consistent with our modern, minimalist brand identity.

• Post & Manage: Take full ownership of posting content across all platforms, writing compelling captions, selecting optimal hashtags, and actively engaging with our community in the comments and DMs.

2. Brand & Marketing Collateral (30% Focus):

• Design marketing materials such as product catalogues, brochures, and presentations.

• Collaborate on the visual direction for marketing campaigns and events.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Proven experience in shooting and editing high-quality video content specifically for social media. A strong portfolio showcasing your Reels/Shorts and other video work is essential.

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• A great eye for design, detail, and architectural aesthetics.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.

• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
