The Role:

Creative Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Content:

  Design scroll-stopping social media posts, grids, and web banners that align with client brand identities.

• Print Media:

  Create professional marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and large-format print layouts.

• Creative Execution:

  Take concepts from a rough brief to a polished, final deliverable.

• Hybrid Workflow:

  Use a mix of traditional design principles and modern AI tools to accelerate the creative process.

• Dynamic Portfolio (Required):

  A strong showcase of diverse work—specifically social media campaigns, web assets, and print-ready materials.

• Software Mastery:

  Expert-level proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Creative Versatility:

  Ability to balance the fast-paced nature of digital content with the technical precision of print design.

• Content Flair:

  Basic video editing or motion graphics skills to add life to social media assets; strong photo retouching skills.

• AI-Forward:

  Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly) to enhance and speed up your design workflow.

• Execution:

  Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently while thriving in a collaborative agency environment.
