Responsibilities
Develop illustrations, logos, UI knowledge and other designsUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicAnalyze project details, client goals, and design expectations to understand what is required.Organize timelines and project milestones to ensure deadlines are met while staying within budget.Create initial design concepts that align with the client's objectives, brand identity, and target audience.Develop preliminary sketches or mock-ups to communicate visual ideas, gather feedback, and refine designs.Ensure designs are adaptable for different platforms and media formats, including print, digital, social media, and more.Collaborate with copywriters for text content and with creative directors to ensure the design aligns with the overall creative vision.Ensure designs are adaptable for different platforms and media formats, including print, digital, social media, and more.Revise and refine designs based on client or team feedback to better meet the project’s needs.Deliver polished, professional graphics that are consistent with the brand’s identity and visually engaging.

Skills Required:
Demonstrated experience in the field, showcasing a track record of successfully completed design projectsA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsProficiency with industry-standard design toolsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that consider all elements, such as color, composition, typography, and alignment.Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Being able to clearly explain design concepts and incorporate feedback is critical.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesA degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
