Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer with a strong eye for detail to join our dynamic BPO environment. The ideal candidate will design compelling visuals to support internal communications, employee engagement, client presentations, recruitment campaigns, training materials, and brand initiatives—while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-impact visuals for:

Employee engagement posters, mailers, and event creatives (e.g., R&R, Fun Friday, Skip Level invites)

Recruitment and IJP campaigns

Client-facing presentations and reports

Internal communication materials (newsletters, policy mailers, etc.)

Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, and Training teams to gather requirements and deliver creative assets.

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and BPO-specific tone in all designs.

Create editable templates for teams to use (e.g., certificates, banners, PowerPoint decks).

Handle urgent design requirements with a quick turnaround time while maintaining quality.

Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.

Stay up to date with trends relevant to workplace and employee communication design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate/BPO or fast-paced environment.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word formatting.

Ability to balance creativity with corporate branding guidelines.

Excellent communication skills and ability to understand non-design stakeholders' needs.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Basic video editing or animation skills (preferred).

Nice to Have:

Experience designing for HR, L&D, or internal communications teams.

Exposure to creating training content or onboarding materials.

Knowledge of motion graphics or tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
