Preferred candidate profile Qualifications and Skills: •Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Video Editor, or similar role. •Bachelors degree. •Proficiency in video editing and design tools such as Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar software. •Strong portfolio showcasing video content and static design work. •Solid understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices. •Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design outputs. •Time management skills, communication skills and knowledge of the Indian market. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update our Shopify stores for Eyetex, Dazller, and AVL with new products, promotions, and content. Customize existing Shopify themes and layouts to align with brand guidelines. Troubleshoot and fix technical issues (e.g., broken links, payment gateway glitches, or display errors). Integrate and manage Shopify apps for features like listing, inventory, shipping, or customer engagement. Optimize store performance, including page load times and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate with our marketing and product design teams to implement product launches and campaigns. Ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience for customers on all devices. Qualifications: Hands-on experience maintaining Shopify stores (prior work with e-commerce platforms is a must) OR any of its alternatives, such as BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, etc. Basic knowledge of Shopifys platform, including familiarity with its dashboard and apps. Comfort with making minor edits to themes using Shopifys Liquid templating (no advanced coding required). Basic understanding of e-commerce and/or D2C operations, such as product uploads, pricing updates, and inventory management. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing integrations) is a plus. Experience with Indian e-commerce trends and customer preferences. Basic understanding of SEO to support store visibility. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or degree in any relevant field (e.g., IT, Web Development, or Commerce) or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
