The Role

full-time Graphic Designer

What you will Do

• Create high-quality designs for

  digital marketing campaigns

  , social media, and performance marketing.
• Support the product team in designing

  in-app graphics, icons, banners, and visual layouts

  for the Meant To Be app.
• Collaborate with marketing to design promotional materials, event creatives, and other brand assets.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand tone and visual guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, product launches, and marketing ideas.
• Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Contribute to improving brand aesthetics and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a startup or consumer app environment).
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma

  , or similar tools.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual balance.
• Experience designing for both

  marketing and app platforms

  .
• Awareness of current design and social media trends.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work from office 5 days a week.

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience with branding, UI/UX design, or visual storytelling.
• Creative problem-solving approach with an eye for detail.
