Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, including logos, brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, and web pages.
• Create eye-catching and user-friendly graphics for website banners, product listings, advertisements, and social media campaigns. 
• Design and optimize product images, promotional materials, email templates, and other digital assets to improve customer engagement. 
• Stay updated on current design trends, e-commerce best practices, and competitor visuals to keep the brand competitive. 
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Take ownership of design projects from ideation to production.
• Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirement:

1. Any Graduate with Diploma/Certification in Designing Courses
2. 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong preference for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environments
3. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) Corel Draw, Figma, Canva or other similar tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical user.

CTC: 25K-35K based on the experience
