Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience in digital and print design. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visuals for digital and print media, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social media posts and print related creatives.

• Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts, designs and layouts.

• Develop branding materials and marketing collateral as per company requirements.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing campaigns.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various media.

• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality production.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI.

• Storyboarding statics frames for video.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)

• Strong understanding of digital and print design principles, including color management, typography, and layout.

• Updated with modern trends and styles.

• Working on many adapts at a time.

• Working with tight deadlines

• Experience in creating social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements.

• Knowledge of print production, including file formats, resolution, and printing processes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing design is a plus.

• Experience working in an agency or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
