Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities - Design visually appealing social media banners, posts, and ad creatives that align with the brand’s tone and marketing objectives. - Create e-commerce banners, product listing images, infographics, and promotional creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. - Understand and follow platform-specific guidelines (Amazon A+ content, banner dimensions, layout specifications, etc.) to ensure all creatives are compliant and optimized. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and maintain design standards. - Work with feedback from stakeholders and adapt designs quickly based on creative direction. - Stay updated on current design trends, digital marketing styles, and consumer engagement patterns. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Required Skills and Competencies - Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus). - Typography expertise: Strong understanding of type pairing, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print. - Creativity: Ability to produce original and innovative concepts with a strong visual appeal. - Adaptability: Flexibility to switch between different design styles — from corporate and minimal to festive and promotional. - Attention to Detail: Ensuring pixel-perfect, high-quality outputs ready for publishing. - Time Management: Ability to handle multiple briefs, prioritize tasks, and deliver within deadlines. - Understanding of Marketing Design: Awareness of visual storytelling, color psychology, and conversion-driven design principles. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional design role (preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce environments). - A strong portfolio (must) showcasing creative and commercial design work across social media and e-commerce platforms.
