Job Summary/Objective

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling content for our social media channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging graphics, videos, and other visual assets that resonate with our audience and help drive our social media presence.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Create eye-catching graphics, images, and videos for use on various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies.
• Design and format social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media design trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure visual and written content complement each other.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of visual content on social media.
• Edit and optimize visual content for different social media platforms.
• Assist with other design projects as needed.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
• Basic understanding of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
• Strong creative and design skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of social media design.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in graphic design or social media design projects.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Experience with video editing and animation software.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work.
