Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our team and willing to work for long terms on different projects.

The Graphic Designer Intern will collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and engaging graphics for various digital and print media. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional design environment while working on real-world projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the development team in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and social media,Print media including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, PSD design.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to design concepts.
• Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and other visual elements using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Conduct research to stay updated on design trends and best practices, and apply them to design projects as appropriate.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of design files for print production, ensuring high-quality output.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation for future reference and ease of collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback, incorporate changes, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and content teams, to support their design needs.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging design technologies, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 6 months experience as an intern
• Currently Graduated and has a certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design & Canva etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work (if available).
• Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and seek opportunities to contribute.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
