What You'll Do

• Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, web banners, ads, and emails.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Remix and adapt templates across platforms while respecting each platform’s nuances.
• Follow brand guidelines consistently while contributing your unique style.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, research-backed ideas.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deliver on time.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) to enhance your creative process.
• Drive research: moodboards, references, and competitor analysis to explain the “why” behind the “wow.”
• Experiment with new design and AI trends and integrate useful hacks into the workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Freshers welcome; creativity and curiosity are key.
• Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva; exposure to AI tools is a plus.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and digital-first design.
• A portfolio that showcases your style, skills, and problem-solving.
• Curiosity-driven, proactive, and comfortable with deep research.
• Good communication and solid time-management skills.
