Position Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate and imaginative Graphic Designer Intern who’s eager to grow with us and contribute to a variety of exciting long-term projects. As part of our creative team, you’ll help design eye-catching visuals for web, social media, branding, and print campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, sharpen their design skills, and work on real client projects in a professional environment. We’re looking for a creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the design and development teams in creating visually appealing graphics for digital, social media, and print platforms, including (but not limited to) social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and PSD designs.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project objectives and contribute creative ideas to overall design concepts.
• Execute design projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Create, edit, and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Conduct research to stay up to date with current design trends, styles, and best practices, applying relevant insights to ongoing projects.
• Support the preparation, formatting, and optimization of design files for print and production, ensuring high-quality output.
• Maintain well-organized design files, asset libraries, and documentation for efficient collaboration and future reference.
• Receive and implement feedback effectively, making revisions as needed to meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and development, to support various creative and branding initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging design technologies and tools, sharing valuable insights and suggestions with the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 6 months experience as an intern
• Currently Graduated and has a certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design & Canva etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work (if available).
• Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and seek opportunities to contribute.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
