As a Consultant - Graphic Designer at Innovsource, you will play a crucial role in creating high-end corporate assets and utilizing Generative AI tools to brainstorm ideas and produce unique visuals efficiently. Your primary focus will be on visual design and execution, bringing ideas to life based on briefs from sales, marketing, and HR teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design and modernize compelling PowerPoint presentations for B2B sales and corporate teams. - Create high-impact digital assets such as Google Ad creatives, emailable posters, and internal communication graphics. - Elevate and maintain the company brand by enhancing existing assets while strictly following brand guidelines. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand their briefs and transform written content into clean, professional, and engaging designs. - Manage a variety of projects, utilizing asset libraries like Freepik and Envato for efficiency and creating original designs for high-priority tasks. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate presentations, ad creatives, and projects using AI tools. - Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Experience in using AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) and AI ideation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for visual concept brainstorming. - Graduate in any discipline with strong communication skills to pitch and explain design concepts effectively.
