About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer request or promote service/product (if applicable) 3. Provide accurate service, and policy information to customers 4. Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy 5. Log all interaction and update customer records in the database 6. Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance metric and call targets 7. Escalate complex issue to the appropriate department as necessary 8.
