Innovsource is currently looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic intern to join their team as a Legal & Contract Coordination Intern. The role involves providing practical experience in supporting the smooth processing and management of company agreements. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Responsibilities: - Agreement Vetting: Assisting in the review and vetting of agreements and related documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Legal & Business Coordination: Supporting communication between the legal team and various business teams to facilitate agreement finalization. - Agreement Execution: Assisting in managing the process of agreement execution, ensuring all necessary steps are completed. - Contract Lifecycle Management: Helping maintain accurate and up-to-date data on the entire contract lifecycle. - Hard Copy Management: Assisting in organizing and maintaining physical copies of executed agreements. - Approval Tracking: Supporting the tracking of internal management approvals on agreements. Qualifications & Skills: - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management. - Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment. Compensation: An appropriate stipend will be provided for travel and other related expenses.
