Graphic Designer – In-House

📍 Location: Kolkata (On-Site, Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at 10on Tissues (S.A. Paper Pvt. Ltd.). As our in-house designer, you will be responsible for developing brand-aligned creatives, packaging designs, digital content, and product mockups to support our growth across modern trade, e-commerce, quick commerce, and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Packaging

• Design packaging for tissues, napkins, kitchen towels, and new product lines.
• Work with vendors for print-ready artwork (CMYK, dielines, flexo/offset requirements).
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all SKUs.

Mockup Creation

• Develop high-quality mock images of products, packaging, and displays for use in presentations, e-commerce platforms, and marketing.
• Create 3D renders or photorealistic visuals to showcase new designs before production.
• Support sales & marketing teams with visual concepts for product launches.

Marketing Creatives

• Design social media creatives, reels covers, and digital banners.
• Create campaign visuals for quick commerce & e-commerce platforms (Amazon A+ content, Zepto banners, Blinkit promo visuals).
• Support influencer campaigns with editable creative kits.

Corporate & Sales Collateral

• Design brochures, sales decks, trade marketing materials, and point-of-sale displays.
• Support internal communication with branded presentations, reports, and posters.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (FMCG/D2C preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of mockup creation tools, 3D rendering, and photorealistic visualization.
• Experience with packaging design, print production, dielines, flexo printing.
• Creative, detail-oriented, with strong branding and visualization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with tight deadlines.
