About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Growth Hacker to drive and scale our performance marketing across Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit) and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

This is an on-site role based in Kolkata, working closely with our sales, supply chain, and creative teams to ensure profitable growth and maximum platform visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing: Run, optimize, and scale paid ads across Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, Flipkart.

• Growth Experiments: Test new ideas for customer acquisition, platform visibility, and repeat sales.

• Analytics: Track sales vs. ad spend, ROAS, CAC, LTV using dashboards; provide weekly insights.

• Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, operations, and design teams to align campaigns with promotions and ensure stock readiness.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of performance/growth marketing experience (FMCG/D2C preferred).

• Hands-on with Amazon Advertising + Quick Commerce Ads (Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit).

• Strong data analytics & Excel/Google Sheets skills.

• Creative, experimental mindset with startup-style ownership.

• Must be Kolkata-based and open to full-time on-site work.
