We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client roster includes clients like Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run four sister brands:

• Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
• Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
• Honeycomb School for Creative Studies – A space for budding creative talent.
• Mudkart – An earthen D2C brand.

This role is for one of our key IT client—so it’s a fully onsite role, working closely with their team.

Experience: 4-8 Years of Relevant Experience. | CTC: 6 TO 8 LPA

Responsibilities

• Designing visuals that are creative and meet the project requirements
• Outlook Emailer knowledge is must and should be from a corporate background..
• Creating rough drafts for client review and presenting ideas clearly and professionally.
• Producing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software of their choice
• Applying the appropriate colors and layouts to each graphic design project.
• Working closely with copywriters and creative directors to produce cohesive, on-brand designs.
• Testing graphics on various media platforms to ensure that they are visually appealing and functional.
• Amending design concepts based on feedback from clients and other team members.
• Ensuring that the final graphics and layouts are visually pleasing and align with the project objectives and brand guidelines., Staying up to date with new design trends, software, and techniques to improve design work and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in related field (fine arts, multimedia production, journalism, or social sciences) with relevant technical training in video and digital design and production.

· With 5-8 years of experience in relevant fields.

· Initiative and possess a positive working attitude.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and provide actionable insights to clients.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
