Position Summary

Media Guardians is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in developing impactful marketing collateral for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling work. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce high-quality materials that align with our brand vision and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Execution

• Create a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, presentations, flyers, signage, email templates, and digital ads
• Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, visually engaging, and tailored to target audiences

2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and external vendors to deliver projects on time
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns

3. Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain organized files and version control for all design assets

4. Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to real estate marketing
• Suggest new techniques and creative approaches to enhance visual storytelling

5. Quality Assurance

• Review and refine design outputs to ensure high standards of quality and consistency
• Accept and apply feedback constructively to improve final deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or property development marketing
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
