Key Responsibilities

Design and create compelling web assets including fonts, images, and videos for digital platforms

Develop and design email campaigns with strong visual appeal

Contribute to homepage layouts and digital catalog design

Create print-ready catalog materials maintaining brand consistency

Produce high-quality graphics for fashion retail marketing campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:

o Photoshop (hands-on expertise required)

o Illustrator (hands-on expertise required)

o In-Design (hands-on expertise required)

Experience with Adobe After Effects

Strong understanding of print catalog design and production Design Expertise

Exceptional graphic design skills with refined aesthetic sensibility

Excellent knowledge of spatial composition, typography, and color theory

Proven ability to create visually engaging layouts across digital and print media

Experience designing for high-volume fashion retail environments (preferred) Soft Skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM)

Collaborative team player with attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Must-Haves

Minimum 4-8 years of digital graphic design experience

Portfolio demonstrating fashion retail or e-commerce design work

Immediate availability to join

Willingness to work from Pune office 5 days per week
