We work with startups and modern companies to create bold, clear, and scalable design work. --- What You’ll Do: As a Graphic Designer at Glacian, you’ll work on a mix of projects - from websites, apps to product packaging and social media. You'll work closely with our strategy, development, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life with creativity and purpose. --- What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or visual design Good with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma A strong portfolio showing work in web design, branding, packaging, etc. Understanding of typography, layout, color, and design systems Bonus: Experience with motion design, Webflow, or After Effects Good eye for detail, a creative mind, and the ability to work quickly and effectively --- Job Responsibilities: Design clean, easy-to-use interfaces (UI/UX) for websites and mobile apps Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and brand visuals for online and offline use Design and mock up packaging (e.g., boxes, product labels, digital mockups) Help build brand identity systems (logos, colors, fonts, style guides) Work on wireframes, mood boards, and design concepts Support with basic motion design Make sure all designs match our creative quality standards Share your ideas clearly and be open to feedback and collaboration --- What You Get: Exciting, diverse design projects Supportive team and learning culture Growth opportunities and stable role Office setup with fast internet Performance-based incentives --- What We’d Love to See: If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to see your work!
