Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Ideate, develop, and execute graphic design projects including brand identity, corporate communication, social media posts, emailers, collaterals, packaging, product graphics, and digital solutions.
• Design across print, social media, and websites.
• Create and edit videos for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team on concept development, layouts, mock-ups, mood boards, and presentations.
• Work on illustration or photo-based creatives as per client requirements.
• Develop digital marketing collaterals such as banners, emailers, and landing page assets.
• Support in photo manipulation, shoots, and production.
• Explore motion graphics and animation for enhancing content (good to have).
• Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) to accelerate design workflows.
  

Minimum Requirements

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (basic to intermediate).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Exposure to or willingness to learn AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to dynamic work timings.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing design + video projects.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for presentations and reports.
• Hands-on with pencil sketching, illustration, or photography (a plus).
• Open to experimentation with emerging digital and AI design trends.
