POSITION: GRAPHIC DESINGER EXP: 6 YEARS MINIMUM JOB LOCATION: MOHALI INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE SALARY: 55K-60K M: 8801270000 Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing social media content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and digital trends—especially in the real estate market. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design high-converting graphics that promote property listings, company news, market insights, and client testimonials. Key Responsibilities: Design eye-catching graphics for daily/weekly social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Create visuals for property listings, open house promotions, client success stories, and branded content Develop templates and design systems to maintain brand consistency Collaborate with marketing team on campaign ideas and visual content planning Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices Edit photos of real estate properties to enhance visual appeal Design occasional assets for stories, reels, ads, email headers, and website banners Ensure timely delivery of content in line with marketing calendars Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in graphic design, preferably for real estate or social media marketing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools Strong portfolio demonstrating social media designs Good understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines Photography or video editing skills (a plus) Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles Excellent communication and teamwork skills How to Apply: Please submit your resume , portfolio , and a short note explaining why you're a good fit for this role to workforceelevate@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
