Relevant Industry: Education, Non Profits, Technology Job Description / Responsibilities Using industry software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator to create visual designs. Understanding and interpreting business briefs Attending client meetings to discuss expectations and desired outcomes of design Presenting draft designs for feedback Supporting clients/business to understand the impact of graphic design Working and collaborating with creative colleagues such as social media experts to ensure a common vision and consistent branding Working on range of design pieces, from social media posts to packaging design and full scale branding projects Ensuring that a design project remains within scope, time and budget Keeping up-to-date with design and multimedia trends and the latest development in software tools Presenting final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colors, text and layout to clients for the approval Ability to design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, annual reports, advertisements, high quality animations/motion picture and other communication materials.
