Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can elevate Deccan AI’s brand presence across digital and print media. You’ll be the visual storyteller crafting high-impact designs that communicate our mission, products, and culture with clarity and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling content for digital and print:
• Social posts, emailers, website assets, business cards, pitch decks, brochures, etc.
• Strengthen and evolve the Deccan AI brand identity including typography, color, and visual systems
• Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels
• Collaborate with product, marketing, HR, and leadership teams to create engaging design deliverables
• Deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience (startup experience is a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)
• Solid understanding of branding, layout design, typography & color theory
• Experience designing assets for both digital and print mediums
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Exposure to UI/UX design
• Motion graphics / video editing skills
• Experience in B2B or tech-driven environments
