About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs that speak for brands. At CR8 Advertising Pvt. Ltd, creativity isn’t just about looking good — it’s about communicating powerfully. If you think in colour palettes, balance in grids, and live for design that moves people, you might be our next design ninja.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create designs for digital and print media, including social media campaigns, brand identities, and ad creatives.
Collaborate with the copywriting, strategy, and video teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Adapt and optimize designs for various formats and platforms.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or AI-based design tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret briefs and turn concepts into compelling visuals.
Team player with good communication skills.
