Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content. In addition to traditional graphic design skills, experience with AI-based video editing tools will be considered a strong advantage.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create designs that strengthen our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design engaging visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design needs and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity across all design assets.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and visual elements using professional design software.
• Utilize AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) to streamline video production and create dynamic visual content.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage:

• Experience using AI-powered video editing tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, or Descript.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, video storytelling, or animation.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of branding, social media marketing, and digital advertising.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
