Experience:

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts / MFA / or any relevant specialization
• 3+ years of proven experience in an ad agency or related creative field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW
• Strong grasp of design principles, layout, color, and typography
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively in a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret briefs and transform ideas into visually compelling campaigns
• Conceptualize and design creatives for digital, print, and outdoor platforms
• Develop original illustrations and final artworks for brand communication
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure design alignment with project goals
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices
