About the Role

From designing engaging Instagram reels and carousel posts to editing brand videos and producing sleek flyers, posters, and logos—this role demands creativity, versatility, and speed.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Graphics for All Platforms

  
  Design visually compelling posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and ad creatives tailored to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Business using Canva, Adobe Express, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.

• Video & Reels Editing

  
  Edit short-form videos and reels with motion graphics, transitions, and captions using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Adobe Express.

• Print Design

  
  Create professional-quality print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, menus, event collateral, and business cards that are aligned with each brand's identity.

• Logos & Branding

  
  Conceptualize and design impactful logos and brand elements that reflect the brand voice and stand out across digital and offline platforms.

• Multi-Team Collaboration

  
  Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to understand briefs and deliver creative assets that align with campaign goals and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience

  
  2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on digital media and social-first content.

• Tool Proficiency

  
  Must have: Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Nice to have: CapCut, Vyond, or Figma

• Portfolio

  
  A strong portfolio is required, showcasing your best work across social media creatives, print designs, motion graphics/reels, and branding/logos.

• Creative Skills

  
  A strong sense of design, layout, color, and storytelling. Ability to turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.

• Communication & Ownership

  
  Confident communicator and collaborator. Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
