  • AI tool integration and efficient creative workflows.
  • Team mentorship, peer reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 2-4 years in digital design with an emphasis on marketing.
  • Ability to lead without ego—strong communicator and visual thinker.
  • Hands-on with modern tools (Figma, Photoshop, AE, AI-enhancers).
  • Portfolio showing strong, versatile design work across channels.
