Bayne is a young, design-led bag brand that's all about functional utility and statement style. From mini gym bags to lunch office bags, we create everyday bags that feel fresh, intentional, and effortless. If you live and breathe design, love turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals, and want to help shape the voice of a growing brand — we want to work with you.

• Design compelling visuals for social media, campaigns, packaging, and product presentations.
• Work closely with the content and product team to turn ideas into graphic content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints – from reels to website banners.
• Assist in photoshoot direction, editing, and asset preparation.
• Develop design systems, templates, and creative guidelines that scale with the brand.

• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand-side).
• A strong portfolio that shows visual storytelling, layout sense, and creative range.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, and how design plays into platform behavior.
• Someone who’s curious, collaborative, and confident about trying new things.

• Have experience in fashion or lifestyle branding.
• Know your way around Figma or Canva.
• Can think beyond design – into mood, emotion, and storytelling.
