Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer (Portfolio Link Required)
Location: C 17-18, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – UP 226010
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in graphic design (Portfolio submission is mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience in visual design across digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency with industry-standard design tools, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for web, social media, print, branding, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with project goals
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all platforms and media
• Edit and retouch images and graphics as required
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Receive and incorporate feedback into design iterations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical capabilities across various design formats
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Ability to think creatively and deliver original concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• UI/UX design exposure or familiarity with responsive web design principles
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory)
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
