Level – junior to mid – 2-5 years of exp

Designer KRAs

Conceptualizing visuals (images and video) based on requirements - social media, emailers, website, Google, etc.
Creating images & videos by using design software - like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, Corel etc.
Testing graphics across various media
Studying design briefs and determining requirements
Work with the marketing team to produce the final design & video
Amend designs/edits after feedback
Test graphics across various media

Advantage skills –

Basic development - Coding HTML sites & Emailers
Ensuring cross-platform compatibility
Having knowledge of front-end coding languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
Having knowledge of web design and user application requirements to troubleshoot issues
