Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and design assets for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, print media, and more.
Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
Adapt and resize creative assets for various digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.) and print formats.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Work closely with copywriters, photographers, video editors, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience in a creative agency, advertising firm, or similar environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw); knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for visual storytelling.
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and ad platform specifications.
Prior work on branding, packaging, or 360° ad campaigns.
