Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and multi-skilled Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and 3D Artist to join our event management company. This role plays a critical part in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual content for social media, brand marketing, and event-wise deliverables such as stage branding, 3D event layout, décor mockups, and digital creatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a time-bound industry, handling multiple design briefs, and turning ideas into high-impact visuals that support client requirements and brand strategy.

Key Responsibility

Graphic Design

• Design static graphics including event collaterals, posters, invites, standees, branding panels, backdrops, brochures, and digital banners.
• Create social media posts, campaign creatives, Instagram reels thumbnails, and ads.
• Ideate and visualize event-specific themes, concepts, and layouts.

Video Editing

• Edit event highlight videos, teasers, corporate AVs, BTS content, sponsor reels, and experiential video assets.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, sound sync, typography, and visual effects as required.
• Manage and organize raw footages from photographers & videography teams.

3D Designing / Visualisation

• Create 3D renders and mockups for stage setups, booths, décor look-and-feel, walkthroughs, and venue layout designs.
• Work closely with production team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility in execution.

Collaboration

• Work alongside the event production, marketing, and client servicing team to understand client briefs and translate ideas into visual concepts.
• Deliver designs within deadlines, supporting urgent / ad-hoc creative requests typical to event timelines.

Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication or related field preferred
• Experience in event industry is a strong advantage
• 1–3 years of experience (customize as per level)
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video & 3D work (mandatory)
