Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and Visual Content Creation
Create engaging visuals for social media, presentations, campaigns, and other branding materials.
Design marketing collateral such as posters, banners, brochures, and digital assets.
Work on brand identity projects, including logo designs, typography, and color schemes, under guidance from senior designers.
Branding and Identity Development
Assist in creating cohesive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
Support in developing visual themes for campaigns or product launches that align with the brand’s ethos.
Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to ensure alignment of visual designs with overarching campaign goals.
Research and Trend Analysis
Conduct research on design trends, industry standards, and competitor branding strategies.
Suggest innovative ideas to keep designs fresh, relevant, and ahead of industry trends.
Collaboration and Feedback
Collaborate with the creative team, including strategists, writers, and marketers, to brainstorm and execute ideas.
Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to refine designs and deliver high-quality outputs.
Assist in mockups and prototypes for client pitches and presentations.
Administrative Support
Help in organizing and maintaining design assets and libraries for the team.
Support the design team in managing project timelines and meeting deadlines.
