About the Role:

• Conceptualize and design brand collaterals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Work on a wide range of design requirements: digital ads, social media creatives, website graphics, packaging, and merchandise.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and impactful visuals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed design school.
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
• Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Photography/illustration skills.
