Job Description

You will be joining Peppermint, a robotics company headquartered in Pune, India, with operations in 6 countries. As a Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics across various platforms, including digital, print, and product interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to visually communicate the brand and product value to a global audience. Your key responsibilities will include designing high-quality graphics for brochures, product catalogs, presentations, trade show materials, and advertisements. Additionally, you will create engaging digital assets for the website, social media, email campaigns, and online ads. Your role will involve developing visual content that effectively communicates complex industrial robotics solutions to diverse audiences. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that designs align with brand identity and campaign objectives is crucial. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B or industrial/tech sectors. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design is required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) is essential. Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus. Basic knowledge of 3D modelling/rendering software (e.g., Blender, Key Shot) is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities are necessary for this role. Video editing or motion graphics skills are considered a bonus. Understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing is also important. Personal attributes that will contribute to your success in this role include being detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate with teams based in India, USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and APAC.
