Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Sales & Export to lead the granite sales and export operations for our mining unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and expanding our market reach internationally. With a focus on excellent communication skills, a strong international buyer network, and expertise in export processes, this position requires a professional with 10-14 years of experience in the granite industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize granite sales and exports.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • International Buyer Network:
  • Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections with international buyers.
  • Maintain strong communication channels to understand buyer requirements and preferences.
  • Export Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of the export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Pricing and Negotiation:
  • Determine competitive domestic and international pricing for various granite products, including blocks and slabs.
  • Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms with buyers.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on domestic and international market trends, pricing, and demand for granite products.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • International Travel:
  • Undertake international travel as needed for business development, negotiations, and relationship building.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective oral and written interactions.
  • Maintain professional and persuasive communication with international clients.
  • Documentation and Process Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of export-related documentation.
  • Streamline and optimize export processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 10-14 years of experience in granite sales and export.
  • Any qualification is acceptable.
  • Proven track record of managing international sales and export operations.
  • Pleasant Personality:
  • Possess a pleasant and engaging personality to foster positive relationships with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
