Role & responsibilities

To ensure efficient after-sales service operations

Service Coordination & Support to Customer.

Customer Communication, Act as a point of contact for customers regarding service status.
Provide updates on repairs, replacements, or service timelinesHandle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Documentation & Data Management. Maintain service records and customer databases.

Prepare service reports, invoices, and warranty documents
Update the records in systems accuratelyEnsure proper filing of service terms and service history

Billing & Commercial Support. Assist in preparing service invoices and quotations.

Compliance & Process Adherence. Ensure company service policies and procedures are followed
Maintain confidentiality and data accuracySupport audits and internal reviews

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and coordination skills
Good computer knowledge (Excel, CRM/ERP systems)Attention to detail and organizational skillsProblem-solving and customer-handling abilityTime management and multitasking
