Role Overview:

As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll begin your career in Marketing, Sales, or Operations. You’ll work on real assignments, contribute to ongoing projects, and learn directly from experienced professionals who will guide you through your early career journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in core departmental tasks such as campaign execution, client engagement, or process support
• Research, analyze, and present data to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects and propose creative solutions
• Continuously build knowledge of tools, industry trends, and company processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Management, or related fields preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
• Working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
