Job Title: Graduate Engineer (Entry Level)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Graduate Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or candidate with 1–2 years of experience to gain hands-on exposure in manufacturing operations, inventory management, and production systems. All necessary training will be provided.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily inventory of raw materials.
• Place orders for raw materials as required.
• Track production progress and ensure schedules are maintained.
• Inspect and carry out final quality checks of jobs before dispatch.
• Coordinate and arrange dispatch of finished goods.
• Assist in implementing systems and process improvements when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / related Engineering discipline.
• Keen to learn, motivated, and eager to grow in the role.
• Strong sense of discipline and responsibility.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
