Participate in on-the-job training across multiple manufacturing departments (production, quality
control, maintenance, supply chain, etc.).
Assist in monitoring and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality
standards.
Work with senior engineers and production managers to understand workflow and operations.
Collect, analyse, and interpret production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Help implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
Support the troubleshooting of machinery and technical issues.
Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and waste management programs.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
